I haven't got my order yet!

Haven't got your order? Our processing time is anywhere from 1-8weeks. Most of our products are custom made just for you. So when you place a order, we make it to your selected size. All garments are either hand dyed & laser printed or digitally custom printed onto specialty fabrics then hand cut and sewn here in New York City. You can email "CONTACT US" box for a status of your order. 

If you need your item faster, we'll charge extra to have your garment(s) skip all the orders before you.

If you can't wait anymore and would like to cancel for a  refund, we offer a full refund with in 14 days if your item hasn't been processed yet. If your item is in the process of being made we cannot cancel the order.

Custom size

No problem! Send an email to "CONTACT US" about what you need. Custom plus size requests are welcome!

RETURN'S

Handmade / Custom made items

There are no refunds on handmade/custom made items,only store credit. They can be exchanged for a different size or different item. 

All jewelry & lingerie are final sale.

If jewelry arrives broken, please email our team in 7 business days of tracking number being delivered. 

If lingerie isn't your size, please email our team in 7 business days of package being delivered for correct sizing. A replacement will be sent after we have received your return.

Backpacks & shoes can be returned for a full refund in 7 days of item being delivered. Item(s) must be in the same condition as received, undamaged, unworn, with tags still attached. We are not responsible for shipping costs.
